Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DashDash Hub TBC ("DashDash Hub", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, submit an interest or contact form, or use the DashDash Hub product. DashDash Hub is currently offered as an invite-only private beta.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Interest & contact forms: your name, email address, company, and any message you submit. This is stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Account & onboarding: details needed to set up your dashboards, including the email addresses you nominate to receive reports.

Information from your connected sources (customers)

  • Marketing & analytics data: when you become a customer, you connect data sources (advertising platforms, web analytics, search, and your leads/CRM data). We ingest and store the resulting marketing metrics to render your dashboards and reports.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to interest and contact requests and to manage onboarding.
  • To build, display, and email your dashboards and weekly/monthly reports.
  • To generate written, plain-language insights (see Section 3).
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service.

3. AI-generated insights and data processing

DashDash Hub uses AI to turn your dashboard data into written, plain-language insights and reports. When AI data sharing is enabled for your account (the default setting), we send aggregated, summarized dashboard metrics to our AI processing provider, Anthropic, to generate these insights.

Before any data is sent, we remove personally identifiable information — including email addresses, phone numbers, and individual lead names — so that what we transmit is aggregated marketing metrics, not personal contact data.

You can disable AI data sharing for your account at any time by contacting us. With it disabled, your dashboard data is not sent to the AI provider and AI insight features are turned off for your account.

AI-generated insights are provided for information only and may contain errors; they are not professional, financial, or legal advice. Please verify before acting on them.

4. Service providers (subprocessors)

We share data with a small set of providers strictly to operate the service:

  • Anthropic — AI processing for written insights (aggregated, PII-scrubbed metrics only).
  • HubSpot — CRM / lead management for interest and contact submissions (EU data region).
  • Neon — managed PostgreSQL database hosting for dashboard data.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for your reports.
  • Google Cloud Platform — application hosting.

Each provider processes data on our behalf under its own terms and data-processing commitments.

5. Cookies

Our website and product use only the cookies necessary to operate (for example, a session cookie to keep you signed in). We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the product.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Customer dashboard data is retained for the duration of your engagement and deleted on request, subject to any legal retention requirements.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact email TBC.

9. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the providers listed in Section 4. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to customers.
