These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DashDash Hub website and product (the "Service"), provided by DashDash Hub TBC ("DashDash Hub", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Private beta

The Service is currently offered as an invite-only private beta. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, may change or be discontinued at any time, and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Features, scope, and pricing may evolve as the product develops.

2. Accounts and access

Access is granted by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.

4. Your data and ownership

You retain ownership of the data you connect or provide ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to operate and provide the Service — including generating dashboards, reports, and AI-generated insights — as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI-generated insights

The Service uses AI to produce written insights and reports from your data. These insights are provided for information only, may contain errors or omissions, and are not professional, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for independently verifying insights before relying on or acting on them. Our handling of data for AI processing — including the default AI-data-sharing setting and the removal of personal identifiers before processing — is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Fees

Any fees, billing terms, and plan details applicable to your account will be set out in your separate order or engagement with us. Public pricing is not offered during the private beta.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that results or insights will be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashDash Hub TBC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including during the beta. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to customers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of TBC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of TBC will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
